This website collects no personal information. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies.

This policy is issued by Sitto Group (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/172500/07, a private company registered in South Africa with its registered address at 55B Denoon Drive, Atholl, Sandton, 2196, South Africa. It is written with reference to the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What this policy covers

It covers this website, sittogroup.co.za, and any personal information you send us directly — for example, by emailing us. It does not cover our published apps, which have their own policies; see the section on our apps below.

Information we collect

Through this website, none. We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, we do not embed third-party scripts or fonts, and there is nothing on the site to sign up for.

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider which, like all web servers, keeps standard technical logs of requests — IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent. These logs exist to keep the service running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with any other information.

If you email us

When you write to info@sittogroup.co.za, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.

Our apps

Software we publish handles personal information under its own separate policy. For Brotherhood, that policy is at brotherhood.help/privacy, and it is the one that applies to anything you do inside the app. This page does not replace it.

How long we keep information

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the matter it relates to, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider and then rotated out.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. You may also object to our processing it. To exercise any of these, email info@sittogroup.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
